Can I book an event with you during lockdown?

Yes, we can take bookings for next year or as soon as lockdown has been lifted. We can also provide you with a cocktail delivery service in the meantime as well as virtual masterclasses, gifts and hampers.

How do I book an event?

Please visit our Book An Event page on our website and fill in the form with as much detail as possible. One of our customer service team members will be in touch with you shortly afterwards to follow up with any questions they may have and to confirm your booking.

How do I book a cocktail delivery?

We've made it super easy to book your cocktail delivery by simply going to our webshop and selecting the drinks you would like to order!

If I book an event do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, we take a 50% non refundable deposit for all our bookings.

What are your cancellation terms?

Deposits are non refundable in any circumstance. We will do our best to offer you a different day or another service if there is availability to do so. We require a full months notice for cancellation in order for the remaining 50% of funds (not including deposit) to be returned to you. Return of funds can take up to 60 days.

Do you ask for proof of age when delivering cocktails?

All our delivery team members are required to ask for proof of ID, should they believe the recipient is under age. To avoid cancellation or non delivery, please ensure you have valid ID stating proof of legal drinking age when expecting your delivery.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We can provide gazebos in most situations and in some case we can also swap to one of our other bars - horsebox bar or mobile bar indoors, depending on the circumstances. Should the event be completely cancelled due to the weather, our customer service team will work with you to ensure another date can be rebooked for you.

Do you have a license to serve alcohol?

Yes, of course. In order to serve alcohol at your event we may also require a TEN's licence, by law. This can either be purchased by yourselves or we can do this on your behalf. Our personal licenses for mobile facilities can be requested at any time during your event.

Can I hire glasses?

Yes, you can hire glasses from us. Depending on your package, this service may even be free!
